Grad Bash is approved!

This year the Grad Bash trip will be to Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios.

In order to save your spot on the trip you need to complete the Microsoft Form available to you via your senior class teams. You form will only be considered complete it is also has the following uploaded to the form:

• Your completed field trip form
• Your completed acknowledgment form
• A copy of your parent’s driver’s license

The form will be open from October 28th until November 3rd.

In order to be eligible to attend, you must also meet the following requirements:

1. 3.0 Unweighted GPA
2. No “C” for conduct
3. Can not exceed the 10/20 rule (10 absences and 20 tardies)
4. No indoor/outdoor suspension
5. Must have completed your fundraising requirement by 10PM on November 20th.

Completion of the form on Teams does not guarantee your spot. Once this form is completed, all criteria will be confirmed. If you are approved to attend Grad bash, you will receive an email by November 24th.

The ONLY payment of $315 must be paid via OSP between November 30th and December 3rd.

Buses and rooms will be picked at a later date. Make sure to check Teams for updates.
