It is my privilege to announce that the Gables Band Of Distinction represented Coral Gables High School in a Superior way at the Florida Bandmaster’s Association State Solo/Ensemble Event yesterday.

Junior Bianca Herlory earned a Superior for her clarinet solo

Sophomore Sara Thomas Mathew earned a Superior for her flute Solo

Freshman Isaiah Valentin earned a Superior for his auxiliary performance

Coral Gables Color Guard earned a Superior and Two Excellents for their auxiliary performance (their first appearance at State evaluation in recent years)
