Incoming Cavs: Attend Freshman Orientation!

Freshman Orientation is a rite of passage that new Cavaliers will enjoy.

This year’s Freshman Orientation will be held on June 2 at 5 p.m. in Gables’ very own auditorium.

Attendees will have a chance to:

  • Pick up course sheets
  • RSVP for IB Cav Camp
  • Buy uniforms & grammar books
  • Join PTSA as a member
  • Enjoy refreshments by supporting our National Champion Gablettes

At orientation, a general assembly will be held in the auditorium, followed by a session where students and parents can meet with their academies.

The academy breakdown is as follows:

  • International Baccalaureate- Auditorium
  • Communication Arts, Film, & Digital Media- Media Center
  • Academy of Finance- Room 6205
  • Visual & Performing Arts- Band Room
  • Business, Management, & Information Technology- Diner 9
  • Health Science, Public Service, & Law- Gym
  • Design, Education, & Hospitality- Café 7
