Medical students attending the University of Miami are organizing a 5K to raise money for two causes: one is melanoma skin cancer research at the University of Miami via the Anna Fund and the other is a program called Team for Life that helps get life-saving heart devices out into Miami.

At this event, UM dermatologists will be available to provide free skin cancer screening. They are looking to spread the word about their race to people who may be interested in attending.
