Summer Training: Swimming & Football
Are you interested in joining a sport next school year? Get informed on the steps you need to take to prepare for the season! A few of the available sports require summer training. Are you interested in one of those sports? Read below to find out:
- Swimming: Two weeks before schools starts, the swim team will be having a two week mini camp to get in shape for the swimming season. This training consists of a swim practice which divides the swimmers based on their skill level and what shape they’re in. It is a no cut sport, which means that anyone can do without a tryout. Practices begin with swim and conclude with ad/running workouts.
- Football: Football training starts June 16th and extends throughout the football season. During this training session, Coach Pollard builds, shapes, and molds physical and mental toughness for these soon to be or returning football players.
