Jimena Romero, Staff Writer
Jimena Romero is a dedicated senior enrolled in the International Baccalaureate career-related program. She is now starting her third year as a CavsConnect staff writer and couldn’t be more excited about communicating with the Cavalier student body one last time through her work. Besides writing, Romero pursues her passion for dancing by being a second-year member of the Gablettes dance team. Additionally, she is honored to represent the senior class with the treasurer position. In her free time, she likes to read and volunteer at the Coral Gables Public Library, go to Sunday mass with her family and have fun with her friends. Jimena is a smart, hard-working, shorty Mexican, who considers respect and kindness the most important values. In the future, she would like to pursue a career in communication, as well as travel the world while getting to know different cultures.
