Mia Cabrera, CavsConnect Staff Writer
Mia Cabrera is a sophomore in the National Academy of Finance, joining CavsConnect for her first year as a staff writer. Although academics are her first priority, she also enjoys traveling, baking and considers herself a foodie. Whereas her strengths are in math and language arts, Mia hopes to follow a different career path in the future. She has an intense interest in politics, and is therefore looking to join the political field and fight for what she strongly believes in. With an intense interest in psychology and criminal behavior, Mia would also love to become a criminal profiler. Her main goal, however, is to become a movie editor, continuing a passion she has had since her involvement in a broadcasting program in middle school. Mia will be joining the National Honor Society and the French Honor Society this year, along with rejoining the Key Club and Future Business Leaders of America.
