Ketty Dones, Staff Writer
Ketty Dones, is a senior in the International Baccalaureate (IB) program at Coral Gables Senior High. Ketty has a background in the TV production program leading her to incorporate videos along with articles, showing her passion for journalism through different platforms. It is Ketty’s first year as a staff writer and video editor. Ketty is involved with different clubs and organizations within Coral Gables High School and outside of campus. Ketty is an active member of activities,and the national honors society. Ketty volunteers her time during showcases to run sound and lighting for several productions at Gables High. Along with having many duties inside school, Ketty works in the front desk at the Key Biscayne Community center and on her days off she participates in several yoga classes to relax the mind and body. In her senior year, Ketty anticipates continuing producing videos while she also trains staff members on how to produce and edit their own videos, lead the morning announcements and become a better writer. Ketty hopes to leave a footprint behind when it comes to TV production and advertising the beauty behind the scenes at Coral Gables Senior High.
