Rafael Sans is a sophomore in the International Baccalaureate program at Coral Gables Senior High. This is his first year as a highlights staff member, and he is exited to continue progressing through the publication.

In the past year, he as met many people along with many opportunities through clubs and classes. One of his favorite clubs is Model UN , since he loves going on conference trips, where he has had the chance to meet a variety of people from completely different backgrounds, along with being able to perfect his public speaking skills.

Additionally, he is a part of IBHS, where he develops his charity work through fulfilling tasks, along with WIZARDS club, where he plays video games and board games with friends after school. Further down the line, while he does not have an exact plan for his future career, Sans aspires to embark on a career in medicine after graduating high school. He is exited to see what lies ahead and hopes to experience more memorable moments throughout his high school years.
